Cancellation and Refund Policy

You can cancel your booking and get your payment back:

• 100% if you contacted the support service 72 hours before the date of the scheduled event;
• 80% of the original cost if applied 48-72 hours before the date of the event;
• 0% if less than 48 hours (2 days) remain before the event.

The money is returned within 14 days after the request for a refund: in the currency in which you paid; to the card or electronic wallet from which the payment was made.

Tickets to amusement parks, water parks, shows and concerts with a QR code are non-refundable.
